Deep inside I am a really big girl. I am successfully keeping weight off for 10+ years. This is about losing weight and keeping pound off for years. I did it for good looks (how shallow of me) with of course additional health benefits.
I am 1 lb down. Not hungry, but craving donut. Today will have black coffee and thin whole wheat bagel for breakfast, zucchini and apples for lunch and big dinner.
