Phase 2

I was following phase 1 principals for a few months,, every week my weight was going down. Then weight loss slowed down and stopped. For few weeks I didn’t see any progress at all. Very discouraging. At this point it is very important not to quit. I was tired of dieting and stopped seeing results… well I had to re-think my meal plan. First I did Japanese diet described here. After that I made my portions smaller, and started to count calories. 1200 calories a day and low carb together did the trick, I started to lose fast again.
