In my life I went from size 10 to size 18+ and then to size 4 and now I am size 6. I’ve lost more then 90lb and keeping result for more then 10 years. I hope my posts will help to motivate others. Weight loss is possible,, I am a living prove of it. I did it without exercise. I like to exercise now, now it is easy, since I am lighter,, but when I was heavy,, I could not exercise, but still lost all those pounds. If I can do it you can do it too! I think that secret of my success is that I found way to lose weight and enjoy the my life at the same time.
